Can’t find files after completion | Files will usually be found in the Downloads folder of your browser. |
Processed images were blank or corrupted | Unfortunately, iOS may sometimes produce blank or corrupted images. This particularly affects very large images. We will try to have workarounds for this in the future. |
Slowness, stalling, or freezing | Usually slowness may be caused by processing that is beyond the capabilities of your browser or device. We recommend trying on a different browser or device. |
File size increased unexpectedly | This can happen when using settings that specify very detailed images. For the smallest file size, we recommend using the WebP format and choosing a Quality level of 80% or lower. If you continue to experience this problem, check the pixel resolution to ensure the image is not being upscaled. |
Some files could not be processed. | Files may not be processed when the original files are not able to be opened. We recommend checking the original files. |
HEIC images not processed | Unfortunately HEIC images are not supported. We recommend disabling HEIC images on your camera or device. |
Files were not saved | Check the site settings in your browser to ensure that downloads are allowed. |
Data privacy concerns | We don’t upload your data. All data is processed on your device. One way to demonstrate that all processing is being done locally is to load the website, disconnect from the internet, and then use the site. |
Other | Please disable ad blockers if you are encountering an unusual problem, as they can often be the cause. If that doesn’t work, trying another device or browser might work. Please contact us if you experience any ongoing issues. |
